Spacious rooms, free upgrade, friendly staff, reliable internet, convenient location.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff would do anything to make you comfortable, I was there when the vulcano in iceland made the flights stop, so I was stuck there for more days than what I wanted, The girls in the reception helped me to find my way back home with different ways of transport. I would be more than happy to stay there again just for the treatment you receive.
The only down side is not having a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner; they do however have room service with basic items, but not hot food.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was satisfying with a good range of options. Also, the staff were really helpful and polite. The parking facility was easily accessible too. Although I did not have a car, the transportation was convenient as it was not too far from the city center.
None.

Big shopping center and central bus station within a 10-minute walk. Good internet connection, big indoor parking, very attractive and friendly staff at the reception :-)
This is not the kind of neighborhood where I would take my kids, or even walk alone after dark. Great for business or overnight stay, but hardly a vacation resort. You get some view on the city if you're on the top floor, but otherwise don't hold your breath. Also, no English channels on TV.

Spent my Easter holidays at a hotel in Brno. Breakfast was included and offered a great choice of food. the underground car park was really useful as we arrived by car. Enjoyed the spacious room with a small kitchen that allowed us to prepare some meals. the staff was friendly and helpful.
This hotel is located in a run-down suburban area and quite far from the Old Town. Unfortunately, there were no buses, only taxis that were quite expensive.

We stayed at a hotel located bit outside of the city centre which had free Wi-Fi, clean rooms, and excellent parking. the hotel was also close to the center of Brno, with shopping and dining options a few minutes away by foot. the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. Our room was spacious with a corridor and a kitchen with everything necessary, making it a great option for families.
The bathroom was not as clean as expected.

Efficient and friendly reception staff manned 24 hours a day. Nice big rooms wih air-con which worked well in the very hot weather I had when staying there. The hotel next to the tram stop just around the corner served good food at a reasonable price so wasn't bothered that this place didnt have its own resturant. Safe parking in the garage for my motorbike. Easy to find just off a main route into town.
Minor gripe about the tv channels having poor reception.

Very well equipped clean big rooms! (safe, refrigerator, ability to prepare coffee and tee, even paper towels). Fast and reliable internet connection by cable.
1. The check-in starts at 14:00! We had some problems getting the rooms when we arrived earlier. 2. At the reception you don't feel at a hotel - it's a hostel at most. Attitude of the receptionist was unacceptable - very unprofessional and unfriendly.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette, providing convenience for guests. Additionally, the location, although outside the city center, allows for easy access from the highway.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

The breakfast was very good and generous. The room was clean and well kept generally.
The room stayed in had crumbling plaster towards the door. The shower curtain was not effective. The area of Brno was not a good one. Hard to find The TV had no regular channels (World Cup), just odd German ones. The blinds were not effective at keeping the room dark in the summer months.

A modern and comfortable hotel well managed and comfortably situated from Main Railway Station, friendly staff
a bit noisy because of pavement repairs, weak air conditioning, unsmiling waitresses

I recently stayed at a hotel in Brno and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the service and amenities available. I stayed in a room with a double bed, and it was spacious and clean. The small kitchenette was a great addition, allowing me to prepare some meals during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was included in the price. It was delicious and provided a good start to the day.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.
